I have noticed when I'm having a bad day or if I am trying to figure out something big in my life, I try and sleep it off. Literally. There have been weeks where I wake up, go to school, come home and sleep, wake up for dinner, then go back to bed. Today was one of those days. Not bad really, I wad exausted and I'm not sure about what to do about some things in my life. And it was more of a nap then sleeping off the problems. I just think it's interesting that I was doing it without realizing. What do you do when you have a bad day?
