My slackieness

So I am a huge procrastinator. So much in fact I have not done math for over 2 weeks. And all of it is due tomorrow. 10 assignments. That I don't even know how to do. But yet I am STILL trying to get out of it.
"what If I just skipped math"
"what if I 'forget' to turn it in"
"what if I just DON'T do it?"
And I could have some done. Maybe. If I would just focus. But I can't. I like math, just not when I have to do it. Why is it when you have to do something you don't want to, but when you don't have to you do want to? Anyways. I need to do it. Hmmm it might take a while.

My new hoodie

So McKell and I are Lord Of The Rings fans. We say that we both act like Pippin and Merry, so we got hoodies and put the names on them. I will admit, they are pretty sweet :)

My anger

I just noticed I get mad over dumb things. For example:
When I got hit by the car, I was mad cause I couldn't ride my bike.
Just barely I got cut on a nail. Rather than being mad about getting cut, I'm mad because my jeans got ripped. >:(
And yeah. I have noticed I get mad over dumb things in situations like that.

Colors

Colors are an amazing thing. Think about it. You can use it to describe things. "look at that yellow sign"
You can pick favorites
They make things bright and fun

Can you imagine life without colors? I just don't think it would be as fun!

Service

Tonight for mutual we did a "fireside" kind of thing. It was amazing. Anytime I do these things I get on a spiritual high. And I want to do good things. Like service.

So I'm doing a big project with a friend. But I can't say what. I do need a bunch of scrap material. If anybody is willing to help me out with this, it would be very appreciated. I have until Christmas. Anything helps.

And if there is anything I can do for YOU let me know.

One more thing... Please keep Jacob in your prayers. I found out he is not doing well. (the little boy with leukemia)

ASL

I am currently in an American Sign Language class, and I love it! Not only is the teacher great, but the language is too!

Reasons why I like it:
I can sign to people, and the people around me dont know what I am saying
The teacher is awesome :)
I can sign to people in class and it doesnt disturb/bother the teachers (as much)
If I get mad at someone, I can sign and they dont know what I am saying
Its super easy

things like that. But today it really came in handy because I was talking to a friend about someone, and we saw them. Rather then changing the subject, I just started signing. And when they were out of hearing range I started talking again. Easy as that. That way my conversation stays private between the few people who know what happened.

Halloween

I will be honest, I kind of think Halloween is one of the dumbest holidays ever. I was two different things.

Anyways! this year for Halloween, I passed out candy for my neighbor. I was fun! I think that the kids are so cute!

One thing that bothers me is when people knock, and give you about a second, then they knock again. It makes me want to not give you candy! honestly, we are giving you candy aren't we? Can't you be somewhat patient?
